Soulful Asia
0-to-1 non-profit digital platform
Problem: the association had no structured system for trust-building, content, events, membership, certificates, or internal operations.
Result: launched a bilingual 0-to-1 platform with a 3-service model, a 2-layer public-and-operations system, and backend workflows across 5 operating objects: members, courses, certificates, publications, and events.
Smart Community SaaS System
Problem: property teams were working across disconnected systems, apps, devices, and manual workflows.
Result: built the initial connected SaaS architecture and supported rollout that drove 60%+ operational efficiency improvement, 20% labor-cost reduction, and expansion to 6,000+ property enterprises.
Education Workflow Redesign
Problem: teachers struggled with a confusing exam-reading workflow, and the product was hard for teams to maintain.
Result: redesigned the workflow and component system, improving design efficiency by 30%, development efficiency by 50%, and reducing bugs by 20%.
HiteVision Pie Product Line
Problem: important teaching features were underused because the interaction model did not fit real classroom behaviour.
Result: used field research and interaction redesign informed by 312 research inputs, and 100% of 75 surveyed teachers said they wanted to keep using the revised software.

Background in product and UX
Eight years across product and UX — EdTech, smart hardware, SaaS, and an ACNC-registered non-profit I founded in Sydney.
I've held both PM and UX titles, so in practice I work across the full cycle without a handoff in the middle. The projects have ranged from classroom software reaching 80 million students and teachers to a property SaaS system now running across 6,000 residential communities. PMP certified, named as inventor on 4 patents.
